In a new 1,000 square meters factory with 5 production lines,Dinhe Profiles was established. And patented its first product for a new designed PMMA Linear Lens.
We develop our customers starts from domestic market,after half year,it turns out a dozes of overseas customers needs our products of this field. so we purchased our own EDM machine and began building dies for our customers.
Production lines add to 12,with a 4000 factory and office.
Our company applied for ISO9001:2015,SGS certifications,and most importantly,our main raw material PMMA VH-001 passed the ROHS and REACH.Business continued to expand and we moved to a larger 6,000 square meters facility in Hongyida Park,Dongguan. We continued to add more equipment,15+ extrusion lines,including our first carving machine. During this time,our partners said they need professional injection optical lens,accordingly we cooperated with professional experts and developed 2 injection lines.
DHT-ECO continued to grow,with our R&D team add to 5 staff,adding a CNC machine and another EDM machine. The ability to design and develop more and more die products to cater our customers’ need become one of our core advantages.
